If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, or simply changed your mind we are happy to discuss details further with you in regards to resolve the matter.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS?
Please note that all products should be unworn and undamaged with the tags attached.
All products with packaging must be returned in their original packaging and their packaging should be in its original condition.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT WASN’T PERFECT?
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality. However if there was any case of faultiness we will exchange your purchase immediately. Unless the item is not available and we will fully refund.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO APPLY FOR MY RETURN?
All return enquiries are to be made within 5 days of receiving the item. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.
HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE IN AUSTRALIA?
Standard Australian orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 4-business day by Australia Post.

Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your orders will be delivered with 7-14 business days. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You may check the status of your order by logging into your STUDIO ANISS account in the MY ACCOUNT tab. You will also be able to update your personal information and shipping address in this tab.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly email@example.com.
WHEN CAN I EXCPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Australia – Please allow up to 5 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – with your name, contact number and invoice number.
International – Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 14 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us at email@example.com – with your name, contact number and invoice number.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY GIFT VOUCHER?
Gift vouchers are sending via email.
If you purchase a Gift Voucher you will receive an email or you can directly email the gift voucher to your beloved one.
When you checkout, in the STORE CREDIT RECEIVER DETAILS, simply choose who is the receiver of the gift.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST OR DAMAGED?
STUDIO ANISS will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
DO YOU LEAVE MY PARCEL AT THE DOOR?
We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our shipping company will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified shipping company. If you want us to leave your parcel at the door please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I CANCEL AFTER I CHECKEDOUT?
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
